    Due to the worldwide situation caused by the COVID – 19 and if you had a reservation from March 13 to 31 or for the months of April, May or June you are covered by our Policies against COVID – 19 and you can request a Credit Bonus for the amount already paid. You can use this voucher for your next booking and you can change it for any of our accommodations and for any date, as long as the entry date is before 12/31/2021.

    You can apply for the voucher if your reservation is between March 13 and June 30, 2020. It is possible that this date will be extended as the situation develops, as you know, it changes from time to time. Therefore, we recommend that you visit this page regularly.

    Our team will review your reservation and generate a voucher for the amount paid within 24h to 72h. We will send the voucher to that same email. The voucher will be in the form of a discount code and you will be able to use it when you make your next booking. The amount you have already paid will be deducted from the total amount of the new booking.

    You can pay with the voucher for your next reservation in any villa or accommodation and for any date before 31/12/2021. If the amount of the new reservation is less than the amount of your voucher, the remaining amount will be kept and you will be able to use it for a new reservation. In that case, you will have to contact us in order to generate a new voucher. If the amount of the new booking is higher, you will simply have to pay the difference.

    Of course! If you can’t make use of the voucher within the scheduled dates, you can give it to someone else. You just have to let us know about the change of the holder so that we can have the check in ready when he or she arrives.
